During the summer months students usually relax during their time off, not Aimee Hayde. Aimee, who recently sat her Junior Cert, has just won an All-Ireland medal in the girls U17 800m. Not only did she bring her medal back to Newport, but she has also sat a new championship record of 2.10.99, beating a 5 year record of 2.10.99.
